Summary
The Senior Manager of Ad Sales leads a team of Account Executives and Partner Managers to drive advertising revenue and strategic growth across the retail media network. This role combines people leadership with retail media expertise to develop full-funnel media strategies, manage high-value brand partnerships, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Partner Management team
- Oversee a portfolio of brand partners to meet revenue targets and strategic goals
- Guide development and execution of media strategies aligned with partner objectives
- Serve as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and external brand partners
- Partner with merchandising marketing analytics and operations for campaign excellence
- Lead annual and quarterly planning including forecasting and performance reviews
- Champion innovation test-and-learn initiatives and continuous improvement
- Represent the media network in leadership forums and industry engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in retail media adtech or media
- At least 3 years in a people leadership role
- Proven success managing brand partnerships and achieving revenue goals
- Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
- Expertise in retail media digital advertising platforms and customer marketing strategies
- Excellent communication negotiation and executive presence
- Proficiency in CRM and forecasting tools such as Salesforce
