Job Description

Summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sr. Manager, Brand Activations (West) to manage the development and strategic execution of marketing initiatives across the West region with a focus on Los Angeles, CA. This role involves driving qualified traffic to RLS throughout the region, leveraging a vast knowledge of the greater Los Angeles area. The position is remote, based on the West Coast, and requires travel for on-site support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy aligning with national and global brand initiatives.
  • Drive development of new customer acquisition and high-net-worth individual strategies.
  • Execute retail activations, client experiences, localized brand partnerships, and PR opportunities.
  • Identify high-potential regional brand partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
  • Manage logistics, including vendor procurement, partnership agreements, and event coordination.
  • Oversee onsite coordination for events, including setup and breakdown.
  • Prepare sales analysis recaps and monitor online and offline exposure post-events.
  • Analyze regional market insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Serve as the primary retail marketing contact for the West Coast region.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience in retail field and stores.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
  • Luxury brand store and event experience required.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
