Sr. Manager, FP&A - Watch Maisons

Summary

The Sr. Manager, FP&A supports 2-3 watch Maisons through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership. The role leads finance activities and provides insights to support strategic decisions, business development, and cost management across the Americas region.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, financial results, monthly close activities, and variance analysis.
• Partner with brand management on financial strategy, personnel costs, sales trends, and reporting.
• Manage capital expenditure requests, track project spending, and support strategic initiatives.
• Support regional operating results, internal controls, compliance, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a large multinational corporate environment.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or Anaplan is a plus; Power BI, Looker, or SAP Analytics Cloud knowledge is helpful.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
