Job Description

Summary

Senior Finance Manager supporting E2E stores, leading a team that provides strategic financial analysis for store labor and selling and styling programs. Partners with store and HR leadership to build models, forecast results, and translate data-driven insights into actionable plans to improve profitability and productivity. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in downtown Seattle four days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of finance professionals to deliver analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with store operations and HR to advise on initiatives, labor implications, and business levers.
  • Drive forecasting, close, and reporting processes and communicate trends and implications to stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models, driver trees, and analytical tools to support decision making.
  • Standardize and automate reporting, and lead process improvement efforts.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects tied to store labor and selling programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years of people management.
  • Strong forecasting, financial modeling, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder influence abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging tools for automation and standardization.
