Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters across CELINE North America.
- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, including harassment claims and conflict resolution.
- Enhance and refine the onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide coaching and development to managers, enhancing their leadership skills.
- Develop and implement workforce plans aligned with strategic direction and future business needs.
- Manage HR budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in partnership with Finance and HR Operations.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive employee compensation.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support effective sourcing and engagement of talent.
- Serve as a key liaison with Maison Human Resources teams in Europe and LVMH Fashion Group in North America.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations and talent management.
- Comprehensive understanding of US and Canadian labor laws.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support the North American retail network.
