Summary
The Senior Manager Sales Finance leads a team responsible for planning, measuring and forecasting digital sales, partnering cross-functionally with Digital, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Marketing. This role builds strategic roadmaps, drives improvements in reporting and forecasting, leverages data and AI enhancements, and supports business decision making through financial modeling.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a finance team with clear vision and career development support
- Collaborate with business partners to create monthly, quarterly and annual digital sales plans
- Translate sales plans into unit plans to optimize staffing, P&L outcomes and customer experience
- Lead weekly business reviews to align on performance and forecasts
- Anticipate business changes and implement revised plans across the organization
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes and tools with automation
- Leverage AI and data enhancements to improve planning accuracy and processes
- Support ad hoc strategic needs with financial modeling and analytical techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, finance or economics preferred
- 8+ years of finance experience with progression and 3+ years people leadership
- Experience developing and coaching mid career professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to audience
- Knowledge of digital platforms and customer behaviors
- Digital or supply chain finance experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including modeling, formulas and functions
- Tableau and SQL knowledge a plus
