Job Description

Summary

The Senior Manager Special Events leads planning and execution of high-profile in-store and off-site events to drive brand presence and sales. This role partners with cross-functional teams to create distinctive experiences that align with brand strategy and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event concepts from ideation through execution.
  • Coordinate logistics including vendors, venues, and timelines.
  • Lead event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising, and store teams.
  • Oversee event staffing and on-site operations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Ensure brand standards and customer experience consistency.
  • Analyze event performance and report outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in events or related roles.
  • Proven track record managing large scale special events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
