Sr Manager, Store Development & Planning

Summary

The Sr Manager, Store Development & Planning leads Panerai North America's retail development projects from location evaluation and design through construction and opening. The role manages project schedules, budgets, partners, and ongoing boutique and shop-in-shop needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential locations and develop project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate design development with internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
• Lead bidding, permitting, construction, and project closeout for multiple retail projects.
• Track project costs, process invoices, and coordinate owner-supplied items.
• Support store maintenance, visual merchandising installations, and pop-up projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in store design, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience working with architects, general contractors, millworkers, and materials suppliers.
• Expertise in construction materials, methods, schedules, costs, budgets, architectural drawings, building codes, and permitting requirements.
• Strong project ownership, negotiation, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%; luxury goods experience preferred.
