Summary
Lead the design and execution of enterprise talent management practices to strengthen performance, leadership readiness, and organizational talent depth. Manage a team of program managers and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable, data-driven talent solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work four days per week in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities
- Set and evolve enterprise talent management strategy supporting performance and long-term organizational readiness.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers to deliver complex, cross-functional talent initiatives.
- Design, scale, and govern talent frameworks, tools, and systems for consistent, high-impact practices.
- Lead core talent cycles including performance calibrations, succession planning, assessments, and development planning.
- Translate talent data and assessments into actionable guidance to inform talent decisions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent priorities with business strategy and workforce needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, HR, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance management, succession planning, and enterprise talent practices.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable talent frameworks and processes.
- Strong capability using talent data, assessments, and organizational insights to drive action.
- Leadership experience setting direction, developing others, and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and program management skills.
- Experience with Workday Talent modules preferred and a commitment to inclusive talent practices.
