Job Description

Summary

The Sr Manager, Territory Lead will oversee territory performance across Maryland, Delaware and Montgomery County, managing distributor relationships and key accounts to drive sales and depletion. This role supervises account leads and distributor teams, develops local programs and ensures execution of brand strategies. The position is field-based with frequent travel and requires strong sales, planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors and communicate expectations to ensure flawless execution across channels
  • Track distributor KPIs, drive sales and depletion goals, and take corrective action as needed
  • Own account management for top priority accounts and ensure program and activation execution
  • Propose local market programs and conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Train and develop account leads and distributor teams and participate in market visits and education
  • Support frequent account visits, transport POS materials, and manage inventory/forecast communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 7+ years of professional experience in sales and channel distribution
  • Deep knowledge of distributor networks, sales techniques, forecasting and KPI management
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation and people management skills
  • Ability to drive frequently with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; able to lift up to 20lbs
