Job Description

Summary

The Sr. Manager Territory Lead will oversee distributor and key account management across South Carolina, driving sales, depletion, and execution of brand programs. This hybrid, market-based role supervises account leads and distributor teams to achieve targets and support local activations. The role requires frequent travel within the territory and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to develop local strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors and communicate guidelines to ensure flawless execution across channels.
  • Track distributor KPIs, drive sales and depletion goals, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Own account management for top priority accounts and manage the program/activity calendar for distributor- and company-managed accounts.
  • Propose local programs and events, conduct competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Train and develop account leads and distributor teams, and support market/Maison visits and education.
  • Support territory logistics including frequent driving for account visits and transport of POS materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in sales and channel distribution.
  • Deep knowledge of sales techniques, distributor networks, and account management in the beverage channel.
  • Strong interpersonal, people management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Well-developed finance and budget management skills and ability to manage KPIs and forecasts.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to lift up to 20lbs.
