Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising

Summary

The Sr. Manager, Visual Merchandising leads the visual presentation and in-store brand experience for assigned locations. This role develops seasonal concepts, directs execution of windows and floor sets, and ensures consistency with merchandising strategy and brand standards. The position partners with store leadership and corporate teams to drive traffic and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual strategies, seasonal concepts, and planograms for store windows and selling floors.
• Lead and coach visual merchandising staff and store teams to execute displays and maintain presentation standards.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and store operations to align visual initiatives with product assortments and promotional calendars.
• Manage installation schedules, signage, props, and fixture placement to optimize sales and customer flow.
• Monitor performance of visual programs and provide feedback to refine concepts and execution.

Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of visual merchandising experience, including leadership of store or regional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, window displays, and in-store merchandising installations.
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a retail environment, travel between locations, and manage physical installations.
• Proficiency with presentation software and familiarity with planogram and fixture guidelines.
