Summary
The Senior Manager, Program Management will develop and manage an enterprise AI learning approach that scales across audiences and support HR enablement and workforce design as AI reshapes the future of work. This role partners with cross functional teams to design learning frameworks, define skills benchmarks, and advise on responsible AI practices while driving adoption and measurement of proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a tiered AI learning framework for varied audiences.
- Develop scalable learning approaches such as microlearning, embedded learning, and AI practice labs.
- Define skills benchmarks and learning paths and measure adoption and proficiency progress.
- Advise HR and business partners on AI initiatives, opportunities, and risks.
- Establish practical guardrails for responsible AI use with Legal and Technology partners.
- Support vendor strategy, selection, and management for AI enablement and learning.
- Contribute to scenario planning and workforce modeling for AI impact on roles and skills.
- Support updates to job architecture and capability frameworks to reflect AI enabled work.
- Assist with change management and leadership enablement to drive adoption and cultural readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, learning and development, HR technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience designing enterprise learning programs and driving adoption at scale.
- Strong AI literacy including LLMs, prompt design, and familiarity with tools like M365 Copilot.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, skills frameworks, and change management.
- Ability to work across multiple HR domains and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in retail or consumer industries preferred.
