Job Description

Summary

Senior Principal Human Resources Business Partner responsible for strategic HR partnership to business leaders in a corporate environment. This role partners on organizational design, talent strategies, and employee relations to support business objectives and drive people priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Partner on organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Lead talent management programs including succession planning.
  • Advise on complex employee relations and performance matters.
  • Drive implementation of HR policies and programs aligned to business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross functional HR teams on compensation and benefits guidance.
  • Support change management and business transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Approximately twelve years of progressive HR experience or equivalent seniority.
  • Proven experience as an HR business partner supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive HR strategies in a complex organization.
  • Experience with organizational design and talent management processes.
