SummaryWe are seeking a big picture, analytical thinker and highly organized Human Resources (HR) professional to support the coordination, planning and execution of HR and People enterprise-wide initiatives and programs. This role is responsible for aligning HR work into a cohesive, actionable roadmap and calendar, along with building internal communication rhythms and routines to ensure the HR organization can effectively deliver and support the business.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a holistic roadmap for HR initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, connection points and seamless execution.
- Lead change management strategies to support successful adoption of HR initiatives across the enterprise.
- Design and implement communication frameworks to ensure transparency, clarity, and engagement across stakeholders.
- Establish structured information-sharing channels to ensure HR teams have easy access to updates, decisions, and key insights.
- Develop routines and mechanisms that enable consistent coordination, feedback loops, and alignment across HR sub-functions.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other business units to ensure HR efforts are effectively positioned and integrated.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating effectiveness and refining processes to enhance collaboration and execution.
- Provide back-up HR business partner support to HR for HR clients, as needed.
- Support ad hoc projects that emerge.
Requirements- 5+ years of combined corporate/HR project and program management experience; partnering with business leaders to drive strategic people outcomes.
- Proven expertise in HR portfolio management, program management, and business operations within a complex organization – delivering integrated solutions.
- Skilled in organizational design and leading change management for large-scale implementations.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans – at the appropriate level of detail based on the audience.
- Strong prioritization skills, time management skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; able to apply insights to influence decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
