Sr. Regional Manager, Special Events - DC

Summary

Senior regional leadership role responsible for planning and executing special events across a portfolio of stores in the DC/Tysons market. Partners with store leadership and cross-functional teams to develop event strategy that drives traffic, sales, and brand engagement. Oversees budgeting, vendor relationships, and performance measurement to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional special event strategies and calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Work directly with store managers and visual teams to plan and execute in-store and local market events.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate and oversee vendor contracts, and control costs.
• Provide training, coaching, and on-site support to store teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Track and analyze event performance and KPIs to optimize future programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in retail management, events, or related field with regional or multi-unit responsibility.
• Proven experience planning and executing retail special events or experiential programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to travel frequently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
