Sr. Sales And Purchasing Advisor

Summary

The Senior Sales And Purchasing Advisor will manage incoming enquiries and lead the buying and selling of premium pre-owned watches, including negotiating trade-ins and closing deals. The role covers the end-to-end sales and purchasing process from initial contact through aftersales, ensuring compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures. The advisor will deliver exceptional customer service to high-ticket clients via phone and email while meeting sales and purchasing targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries on watches via phone and email using a first-come, first-served queue and deliver timely responses
• Buy, sell, and negotiate prices of watches, including handling trade-ins to maximize margin
• Manage the full sales and purchasing process from contact to conversion and aftersales
• Handle live orders post payment and resolve aftersales queries from clients
• Ensure compliance with company sales, financial, and security procedures
• Work to meet KPIs such as units sold, units purchased, conversion rate, and response times

Requirements

• Proven email and phone sales experience; experience with high-ticket customer interactions is required
• Exceptional knowledge of watch brands and specific models and understanding of quartz, automatic, and manual movements
• Experience working with KPIs such as first reply time, speed of answer, and sales/purchasing targets
• Strong negotiation skills, ideally including experience with trade-ins
• Highly organized, results driven, able to follow technical instructions and internal procedures precisely
• Excellent communication skills and a personable, professional manner
