Requirements- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with HR HCM systems.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain enterprise HCM solutions.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with backend databases and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and modern HCM systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering teamwork.
- Experience in a retail or multi-market environment is a plus.
