Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading and aligning merchandising, inventory, and supply chain program portfolios with organizational goals. Acts as an individual contributor and leader to design, coordinate, and deliver complex programs focused on inventory domain while driving continuous improvement and governance adherence.
Responsibilities
- Align project portfolio to organizational goals and annual planning
- Manage cross-project interdependencies and resource allocation
- Create and maintain portfolio artifacts and enforce governance protocols
- Develop complex programs using change management to secure stakeholder buy in
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and inefficiency
- Manage high complexity cross discipline projects and high risk initiatives
- Coach teams on storytelling to communicate complex information clearly
- Define work requirements, create plans and monitor program execution
- Create and manage program budgets
Requirements
- 5+ years portfolio, program, project, or leadership experience
- BA or BS in related field preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint SharePoint Teams and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
- Outstanding knowledge of change management and performance evaluation
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to resolve problems
- PMP certification is a plus
