Staff Accountant II - Consolidations and Reporting

As a Staff Accountant II in Consolidations and Reporting, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes. You will be responsible for analyzing the consolidated Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, and will act as the primary contact for international markets using the group reporting tool. Your role will also involve reviewing and reconciling intercompany accounts and participating in process improvement projects.

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, including reviewing balance sheet fluctuation analyses for completeness and validity.
• Prepare a quarterly balance sheet pack for senior management reporting, including drafting commentary and analyzing period over period changes in Accounts Payable.
• Prepare supporting analysis for cash flow statements and assist in commentary for senior management.
• Account for all equity-related transactions, including preparing journal entries and reviewing eliminations for consolidated balances.
• Monitor data integrities of consolidation and financials, working with international markets and IT support to correct errors.
• Participate in process improvement projects, such as streamlining the Chart of Accounts and creating training materials.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-2 years of public or 2+ years of private accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with proven ability to collaborate productively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during monthly financial close and special assignments.
• Consolidation experience preferred.
• CPA candidate or holder preferred.
