Stock Administrator - Bal Harbour

Summary

Responsible for executing store back-of-house inventory and stock management activities to ensure product availability and support the sales team. Manages product flows, conducts cycle counts and stock-takes, and processes deliveries, transfers, and omnichannel ship-from-store orders. Partners with store management to maintain accurate records, implement loss prevention controls, and assist with after-sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of sellable and non-sellable products and replenish merchandise on the shop floor.
• Process deliveries, transfers, and omnichannel ship-from-store orders using company systems (SAP, PRISM, Smart XP, After Sales App).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock-takes and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Audit stock movements and promptly report stock loss, thefts, and unusual adjustments for approval.
• Support store managers with ordering non-core materials and implementing loss prevention policies.
• Assist front-of-house colleagues with after-sales activities including returns, repairs, and client care.

Requirements

• Experience in retail stock or inventory management and performing cycle counts.
• Familiarity with inventory systems such as SAP, PRISM, or equivalent retail tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in stock reconciliation.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams, follow loss prevention procedures, and handle merchandise as required.
