Responsibilities- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
- Manage full cycle after-sales services, including customer service and repair services.
- Maintain and update client repairs in SAP and partner with the corporate after-sales department.
- Execute in-house repairs and manage SAP complaints.
- Communicate with clients regarding pricing, approval, timing, and pick-up coordination.
- Partner with vendors to fix stock damages and handle monogram requests.
- Assist the stockroom team in maintaining an orderly stockroom and ensure products are correctly tagged.
- Support the delivery of stock, collect altered garments, and transfer garments as needed.
- Assist with annual inventory audits and support front-of-house maintenance during peak hours.
- Ensure the omnichannel process is followed and orders are packaged and mailed timely.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience in escalated customer service situations in retail.
- Prior experience in after-sales, stock associate, and stock administration roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and follow-through skills.
- Team player with flexibility to work retail hours.
