Stock And Fulfillment

Summary

Responsible for receiving, unpacking, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and clean organized stock areas. Works independently in a fast paced environment and uses inventory systems and technology to process shipments and support store operations. Role requires physical lifting and a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
• Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize stockrooms
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and prepare shipments following packing standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan process and research shipments
• Assist with maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store activities such as special events markdowns and fixture relocation
• Follow quality packing and shipping standards and inventory control processes

Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics stock or retail operations preferred
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to use technology and new computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• High level of ownership accountability and initiative
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
