Stock And Operations Specialist

Summary

Responsible for organizing and maintaining store stock to maximize efficiency and support customer service. Reports to the Store Manager and supports store processes including inventory control and key holding. Works closely with management to achieve stock and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual inventory and investigate discrepancies
• Follow internal logistics and stock procedures
• Participate in achieving store objectives for stock rate
• Maintain consistent stock levels to meet sales targets
• Control monthly inventory turns
• Support management in store processes
• Act as a key holder for store opening and closing

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
• Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month and during annual inventory and holiday season
• Good listening and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
• Networking skills and proactivity
• Sense of ownership and self development attitude
