Summary

The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory management, stockroom organization, customer service, and sales floor standards.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inspect deliveries, apply tags, and complete inventory scans and replenishment.
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store transfers, retickets, and stockroom organization.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
• Help maintain sales floor, fitting room, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions and follow company policies for returns, discounts, and customer data.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds, climb moderately, and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
