Stock Associate - Desert Hills

As a Stock Associate at the Desert Hills Outlet in Cabazon, California, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the sales and management team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the stockroom and contribute to exceeding customer expectations.

• Maintain the stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards.
• Support the store team in exceeding customer expectations.
• Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Manager promptly.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently.
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies and adjustments.

• 1+ years of retail experience focusing on back-of-house responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations.
