Responsibilities

• Keep the selling floor and stockroom neat and organized, and reorganize shoe back stock as needed.
• Execute shipping and receiving tasks and assist with inventory protocols and policies.
• Support the selling team with business needs while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Ship customer goods and repairs and process damages in a timely manner.
• Perform stock tasks with speed, flexibility, and excellence.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant stock or operations experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to drive results.
