Stock Associate - Cabazon Outlets

Summary

The Stock Associate supports the store team in inventory management and daily operations to maximize the shopping experience for clients at the Cabazon Outlets location. Responsibilities include receiving, unpacking and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, maintaining stockroom organization, and implementing shipment and merchandising standards. The role may also assist on the sales floor and perform cashier duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support store teams to maximize the client shopping experience.
• Accurately receive, unpack and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Process inventory movements, run negative on-hand reports and make necessary adjustments.
• Implement shipment standards, floor sets, re-ticketing, re-pricing and markdowns.
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom and back-of-house areas.
• Follow loss prevention procedures to protect company assets.
• Assist sales staff and perform cashier duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately receive, unpack and stage merchandise for sales floor presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management and stockroom upkeep.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and handling merchandise.
• Customer service skills and ability to assist on the sales floor and operate cashier when needed.
• Willingness to follow company procedures including loss prevention and safety standards.
