Summary

The Stock Associate reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to maintain inventory levels and support smooth store operations. This part-time role helps execute inventory counts, supports loss prevention efforts, and ensures the stockroom and sales floor are organized and well stocked. The associate works closely with sales staff and managers to fulfill stock requests and follow company procedures for merchandise handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
• Organize and store inventory in the stockroom, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain stock levels and presentation.
• Assist in executing inventory counts and loss prevention measures.
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow company procedures for handling damaged or defective merchandise.
• Work with sales associates and managers to fulfill stock requests.
