Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate in Montecito, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of the stockroom. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor, ensuring the stockroom is clean and organized, and supporting the store manager and corporate office directives.

• Manage the in-store receiving process and complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Oversee re-pricing projects and delegate tasks on the sales floor as needed.
• Prepare merchandise by tagging, steaming, folding, and hanging as required.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager for efficient floorset implementation.
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the selling floor daily.
• Execute transfers, returns, and damages as directed.
• Process customer charge sends and follow up on inquiries.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized and merchandise is floor-ready at all times.
• Audit stockroom for consistent sizing, folding, and organization.
• Maintain and audit store receiving, returns, and inventory paperwork.
• Minimize unit loss to exceed the Company Shrink Goal.
• Prepare the store for physical inventories based on directives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Retail Pro experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
