Stock Associate

Summary

Full time Stock Associate responsible for receiving unpacking and preparing merchandise for the selling floor and maintaining organization cleanliness and operational functions of the stock room. Works with store management and corporate directives to manage inventory processes and ensure floor readiness. Performs physical handling of merchandise and supports floorset preparation and inventory audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage in store receiving process and complete necessary paperwork
• Reprice tag steam fold and hang merchandise as needed
• Replenish merchandise from stock room to selling floor daily
• Execute transfers returns and process damaged goods as directed
• Process customer charge sends and follow up on inquiries when needed
• Maintain an organized clean and floor ready stock room
• Audit stockroom for consistent sizing folding and organization
• Maintain receiving returns transfer and oversold unit reporting in inventory system
• Prepare store for physical inventories per planning directives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some heavy lifting required
• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Retail Pro or inventory system experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
