Stock Associate

Summary

Perform stockroom and receiving duties to support store operations throughout the Houston Metro area. Responsible for organizing product, managing inventory processes, and assisting team members with administrative tasks using basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and move product within the stockroom and sales floor
• Receive incoming shipments and handle shipping duties
• Perform quality control inspections of product
• Order supplies and manage transfers
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel for basic communication and tracking
• Answer phones and provide general team support

Requirements

• Prior experience in stockroom or retail support preferred
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheet use
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to lifting and moving merchandise
• Attention to detail for inventory and quality control tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
