Stock Associate - Nieman Marcus Northpark

As a Stock Associate at Nieman Marcus Northpark, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom. You will ensure the proper rotation of goods, maintain order, and guarantee the safety of products and valuable materials in both the store and warehouse.

• Conduct daily cycle counts and plan annual inventory.
• Ensure compliance with stockroom guidelines and company policies to minimize loss prevention risks.
• Accurately price and ticket items, and liaise with the Store Manager for optimal stockroom management.
• Train team members on inventory guidelines and escalate any stock discrepancies to the Manager.
• Prepare goods for client delivery, store transfers, and end-of-season returns.
• Assist in floor directives, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards.
• Support store management in achieving store goals and KPIs.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with retail systems and operations.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
