Stock Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports day-to-day retail store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor replenishment. This primarily non-selling role may also provide customer service and sales floor support as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inspect deliveries, and manage tags, RFID scans, replenishment, and inventory transfers.
• Organize the stockroom and maintain inventory levels on the sales floor.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
• Help maintain store presentation standards and participate in visual merchandising.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Be able to lift or climb as needed and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and required travel.
