Stock Associate

Summary

Operations Support Associate responsible for supporting day-to-day retail store operations including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stock room organization, performing inventory scans, and assisting the sales floor as needed. Role is primarily non-selling but may involve customer interaction and sales tasks depending on business needs. Position may be offered full-time or part-time based on availability and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and deliveries, inspect for damages and verify packaging
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Process retickets, create tags, and associate RFID tags
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions when on the sales floor
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Capability to maneuver the sales floor and stock areas and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts
• Ability to perform inventory tasks including RFID scans and stockroom resets
• Attention to store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers
