Stock Associate - Toronto Outlet

Summary

The Stock Associate supports back of house operations at the boutique, maintaining stockroom organization, handling shipping and receiving, and assisting the sales team as needed. The role reports to the Store Director and collaborates with Operations partners to ensure accurate inventory and timely client order processing. This position contributes to visual standards and prepares for inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a regular basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners
• Process internal product transfers and client orders promptly
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and salesfloor for annual inventory
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
• Support sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and customer assistance
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and inventory audits
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Proactive and team centric attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
