Stock Associate - Toronto Outlet

Summary

The Stock Associate will support back-of-house operations for the boutique, maintaining organization of the stockroom and salesfloor while assisting the sales and management teams. The role is responsible for receiving and processing product deliveries, executing cycle counts and preparing stock for annual inventory, and ensuring accurate inventory levels through collaboration with Operations. This position reports to the Store Director and helps fulfill client orders and internal transfers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
• Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly
• Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet client expectations
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories and prepare for annual inventory
• Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments
• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor meet company visual standards
• Support the sales team on the salesfloor for coverage and client assistance as needed
• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary retail preferred
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems, and inventory audits
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Pro-active, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
