Stock Associate - Vaughan Mills

Summary

Part-time Stock Associate responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing merchandise in the store shipping and receiving area. Maintain stock levels, ensure merchandise is scanned and tagged correctly, and support placing product on the sales floor while working collaboratively with the in-store team. The role requires physical handling of inventory and participation in bi-annual physical counts.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise in the shipping/receiving area with attention to detail
• Receive, scan, tag, and organize merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels
• Support logistics and assist in placing and locating products on the sales floor
• Work in the stock room and collaborate with the store team to meet store goals
• Assist with physical inventory counts, performed bi-annually

Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable to changing merchandise receipts and store needs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as required
• Physically able to lift and move heavy boxes and be on your feet; able to bend, kneel, and move as required
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in receiving, scanning, and tagging merchandise
• Availability to work part-time hours at the Vaughan Mills location
