Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Associate at Balenciaga West Edmonton, you will play a crucial role in achieving daily business objectives by supporting shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, and maintaining store supplies. You will also be responsible for processing repairs and supporting the sales floor as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain and replace inventory levels of store supplies.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management.
  • Organize stock to ensure accessibility and support the team.
  • Partner with management for inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed.
  • Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as needed.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
  • Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various individuals.
  • Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
  • Proven ability to drive results and excellent organizational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
