Stock Associate - Woodbury

Summary

Join the store team as a Stock Associate at the Woodbury outlet responsible for maintaining back-of-house operations, supporting sales and management, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays. The position involves regular physical tasks such as lifting bending and ladder use while upholding visual and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company visual and cleanliness standards
• Support store team to exceed customer expectations
• Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager
• Process internal product transfers and client orders
• Prepare and execute cycle counts of product categories
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory
• Resolve product inventory discrepancies corrections and adjustments

Requirements

• 1+ years retail experience with back-of-house focus
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow-up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds
• Capability to bend stoop kneel and climb ladders
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
