Responsibilities- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
- Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
- Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
- Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
- Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure the stockroom and sales floor meet company Visual Standards.
- Support sales team on the sales floor as needed.
- Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive and team-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
