Stock Associate - Woodbury

As a Stock Associate at Saint Laurent Woodbury, you will play a crucial role in supporting the back-of-house operations and assisting the Sales and Management team on the sales floor. You will report to the Store Director and collaborate closely with internal Operations partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Handle shipping and receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
• Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
• Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure the stockroom and sales floor meet company Visual Standards.
• Support sales team on the sales floor as needed.
• Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive and team-centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
