Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Control and Dispatch Assistant at Watchfinder in SoHo, New York, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of watches. Your meticulous approach will support the high standards of customer service and operational excellence that Watchfinder is known for.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all Maison and Group policies and procedures within the boutique.
  • Support boutique audits and implement action plans to exceed KPIs.
  • Conduct scheduled and daily cycle counts for accurate stock management.
  • Monitor inbound shipments and communicate delivery timelines.
  • Manage merchandise transfers and ensure quality control.
  • Organize boutique supply inventory and maintain back of house order.
  • Uphold Watchfinder standards and act as a liaison with corporate team members.
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
  • General knowledge or affinity for luxury timepieces.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and use of technology.
