Stock Controller - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards. This role supports store staff, oversees deliveries and maintains accurate inventory levels both back of house and front of house.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including receiving, shipping and stock maintenance
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Direct staff for store inventories and cycle counts
• Provide customer service related to repairs and merchandise returns
• Maintain inventory level accuracy and update UPT records
• Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance procedures
• Ensure stock is maintained to operational guidelines
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven record of inventory management and reporting
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• College degree preferred
• Authorization to work in the country of employment
• Willingness to work overtime and varied hours
• Ability to move merchandise up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
