Stock Controller - Boston Copley

Summary

The Stock Controller supports store operations, inventory accuracy, and product availability in a luxury retail environment. This role manages daily stockroom activities and partners with store management and sales colleagues to keep merchandise flowing efficiently and support an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory consolidations.
• Maintain an organized, secure stockroom and ensure merchandise is properly handled and readily available.
• Review inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate operational or loss prevention concerns.
• Support sales teams with product requests, client repairs, returns, and inventory-related needs.
• Complete required operational documentation and reporting in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory counts, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Luxury retail or premium customer-focused experience is preferred.
