Stock Controller - Forum Shops

As a Stock Controller at the Forum Shops in Las Vegas, you will collaborate with the store operations, sales team, and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and providing exceptional customer service.

• Ensure consistent execution of Moncler Service standards.
• Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Provide customer service related to merchandise repairs and returns.
• Achieve inventory level accuracy and update UPT.
• Maintain stock/product in both back and front of house according to operational guidelines.
• Support store staff in complying with company initiatives and procedures.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for store inventories.
• Partner with Stock Associates to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Adhere to company operational policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail operations experience.
• Prior experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Proven track record in successful inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• College degree preferred.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Willingness to work overtime with short notice.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read and analyze reports and perform calculations.
• Ability to handle merchandise weighing 0-40 pounds.
• Ability to operate necessary store equipment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
