Stock Controller - Highland Park Village

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales teams and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports stock associates and maintains stock accuracy across back of house and front of house in a high-end retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including shipping receiving and stock movement
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for store inventories
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform availability and maintenance reports
• Ensure stock is maintained to operational guidelines in back of house and front of house
• Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and operations procedures
• Provide customer service related to repairs and return of merchandise
• Execute company service standards consistently
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven inventory management and reporting skills
• Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
• College degree preferred
• Authorization to work in the country of employment
• Willingness to work overtime and varied hours including standing and lifting up to 40 pounds
