Stock Controller - Miami Design District

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales staff, and management to execute operational duties and maintain compliance with company procedures. This role oversees inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and stockroom and sales floor standards while supporting Moncler service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, update UPT records, and support inventory reports.
• Ensure stock in the back and front of house meets operational guidelines.
• Provide customer service regarding merchandise repairs and returns.
• Support store staff with inventory maintenance and back-of-house procedures, and direct staff during inventories.
• Follow company operational policies and procedures and complete additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated inventory management, maintenance, and availability reporting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, leadership, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills; able to analyze reports and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to handle merchandise and boxes weighing up to 40 pounds, use store equipment, and work varied hours and days.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of employment and at least 18 years old.
