- Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures.
- Provide customer service related to repairs and merchandise returns.
- Achieve inventory level accuracy, including UPT updates.
- Maintain stock/product in both back and front of house according to operational guidelines.
- Support store staff in complying with company initiatives and procedures.
- Oversee delivery of shipments and direct staff for store inventories.
- Partner with Stock Associates to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Adhere to company operational policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of retail operations experience.
- Prior experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Proven track record in inventory management and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- College degree preferred.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Willingness to work overtime with short notice.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
- Ability to read and analyze reports and perform calculations.
- Physical ability to handle merchandise and boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to operate necessary store equipment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of a 40-hour work week.
