Summary
The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports store staff on inventory initiatives, and maintains product availability and stock standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures for the store
- Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Direct staff for store inventories and support Stock Associates
- Ensure back of house and front of house stock meet operations guidelines
- Execute company service and operational standards consistently
- Provide customer service related to repairs and returns of merchandise
- Achieve and maintain inventory level accuracy and update UPT
- Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and operations procedures
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
- Prior luxury retail experience preferred
- Proven experience in inventory management and availability reporting
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- College degree preferred
- Authorization to work in the country of employment
- Ability to work varied hours and overtime with short notice
- Ability to move merchandise and handle boxes up to 40 pounds
