Job Description

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and the sales team to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. The role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, and supports store staff to maintain accurate stock levels and product availability.

Responsibilities

  • Execute store operational standards and ensure consistent service delivery
  • Manage inventory processes including shipping, receiving, and stock maintenance
  • Provide customer service related to repairs and returns of merchandise
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and perform UPT updates and availability reporting
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff during inventories
  • Support Stock Associates to maintain accurate back-of-house and front-of-house stock
  • Ensure adherence to company operational policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proven track record of inventory management and maintenance reporting
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • College degree preferred
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment and ability to work varied hours including overtime
  • Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for most of a typical work week
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and leadership qualities
  • Effective communication skills with coworkers and customers
